We recommend you buy fresh crab meat from the Gulf Coast. Otherwise, use some good lump crab meat. Stay away from fake crab.

Ingredients: • ½ cup mayonnaise

• ¼ cup sour cream

• 1 tbsp. lemon juice

• ½ tsp. Old Bay seasoning

• 1 chopped jalapeno pepper

• Dash of lemon pepper

• ¼ cup chopped scallions

• 1 lb. chopped crab meat

Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
